What do you think of this AT&T Costco deal (3 year contract terms)?

The salesman at Costco let me take this picture of the deal he offered me
at $112/month for 4 lines of unlimited calls, text & data if I switch to
AT&T and trade in the iPhone 12 mini on my plan of four phones (3 Android).
