    The way I see it (as do others), Google is attacking privacy & competition by making it almost impossible for people to authorize their accounts by OAUth2 mechanism (Google prefers you trade away your privacy by giving Google a "second something" instead of OAUth2, apparently).

    Since these anti-competitive and anti-privacy practices are forbidden in Europe, and since the developer is in Europe, I've added the UK telecom ng (which isn't in the EU, but whose laws may mirror some of those in the EU). --
