Has anyone on this ng recently set up an iOS WebDAV server to mount your
entire iPhone/iPad file system over Wi-Fi as a Windows drive letter?
The goal is to easily...
a. Mount the entire iOS file system (both system and internal storage)
b. plus any and all external expansion memory card plugged into the iPad
c. over Wi-Fi on your local network (LAN)
d. as a (set of) read/write drive letter(s) on Windows
e. without using any payware (in fact, using _native_ iOS software!)
f. and always never needing any mothership login requirement whatsoever
g. without ever putting a single bit of your private data on the Internet
The good news with reproducing what we can easily do with Android is that
iOS used to come with a native WebDAV server implementation in a few apps.

But, confusingly, something happened in iOS 10 to change some of that.
*If you use WebDAV to manage Pages, Numbers, or Keynote documents*

"After you update to Pages, Numbers, or Keynote 10.0 or later,
you won't be able to upload documents to a WebDAV server."
The question to ask of the iOS experts is whether you've recently set up an
iOS WebDAV server to mount your iPhone/iPad file system onto Windows as a
drive and how you accomplished that commonly asked for capability.
If a WebDav server is still native in iOS, then these shouldn't be needed.

Note: If you use Windows and if you know something about iOS, then you
probably already set up a webdav server on iOS so you can help others.
