    It seems when you connect iDevice to Windows PC, the iDevice is in some kind of "Read Only" mode?
    When you connect them your PC should pop out some addon install for the iDevice, maybe you should wait for them to be fully done.

    nope. it's read/write, and you're replying to a 3 year old post.
