    Some of you might believe that spammers wouldn't do this. Well, they do.
    Mail which passes SPF with a "+all" mechanism should not be assumed to be legitimate.

    Here is the actual DNS record from one of the offenders:

    aip.com.ve. 86400 IN TXT "v=spf1 a mx +all"
