Is pmail unique in this,
or are other clients as choosy?
I can imagine pmail accepting such cc/bcc
with a warning.

I used the following with MS Outlook as the defauly email client
mailto:someone@example.com?subject=This%20is%20the%20subject&cc=someone_e lse@example.com&bcc=me_too@example.com&body=This%20is%20the%20body
All email fields were populated.
The fault is in P-Mail.
