• Delivered-To header?

From John Levine@21:1/5 to All on Thu Aug 5 04:10:07 2021
Can sendmail add a Delivered-To header similar to the ones Postfix and qmail do? It can be
useful for loop breaking, if you're about to add a Delivered-To identical to one that is
    already there, stop.

    Asking, un, for a friend.

Wasn't that your answer to someone on the ietf-smtp mailing list
    wrt this topic?

Or you could check the fine documentation
    5.5. H -- Define Header
It explains how you can add headers and how you can check for them.

Let me ask a better question: do we know of anyone who has sendmail add a Delivered-To header,
and if so, what does it contain? As you saw on the other list, other MTAs put a token which
looks like a mailbox but often isn't one.
