For several months since the bell was added to a new mail on quit option, I realized how nice it would be knowing how many new messages came in. Right now its quite generic, not knowing that several new items arrived.
And speaking of "new mail" I still have many times where in an index, the bell may or may not ring, but instead it says "sorting inbox 100%. Pine was `much more consistant about these things. Another time will talk about an inconsistancy involving atachments-and-new mail. Thanks so much in advance. Chime
