    Dear all,

    on behalf of the Numba development community, I am happy to announce the release of Numba 0.56.4.

    This is a bugfix release to fix a regression in the CUDA target in
    relation to the .view() method on CUDA device arrays that is present
    when using NumPy version 1.23.0 or later.
