* Replaced Makefile with tox, covering python 2.7, 3.7+, pypy3
* Improved linting with autoflake, flake8, flake8-bugbear, flake8-import-order, flake8-mutable, pep8-naming
* Code formatting with black and isort
* Eliminated beta status
* Benchmarks have been migrated to py-helloworld<

https://travis-ci.org/github/akornatskyy/py-helloworld> weekly with py3, py3-cython and pypy3
Plans:
* Support for python2.7 will be dropped in 2021
