  • Capital letters with accent

    In my application arrive some notifications every day.
    I have to import in my program (xharbour console mode)
    in the body of email message I read "CAFÉ" in the corrisponding xml (of the same notification) I find "CAF├ë"
    How can I import in my console application a string like this in your opinion?

    Actually in my program user read in the field of the form view CAFÉ
    Is it possibile to transform into CAFE' for instance using a particular function?
