• AudMem of the Standard Model of AGI TikTok video

    From A.T. Murray@21:1/5 to All on Wed Apr 19 20:28:27 2023
At Project Mentifex we have so many truly thinking AGI Minds that by default the Mentifex cognitive architecture is a Standard Model of AGI, or Artificial General Intelligence.

https://ai.neocities.org/Dushka.html -- in JavaScript thinks in Russian.

https://ai.neocities.org/mens.html -- in JavaScript thinks in Latin.

https://ai.neocities.org/ChatAGI.html -- in JavaScript thinks in English.

MindForth thinks in English, and ghost.pl in Perl thinks in English or Russian.

Today Project Mentifex has uploaded TikTok AI video #38 at

    https://www.tiktok.com/@sullenjoy/video/7223770181644963114

with the following description about the

https://ai.neocities.org/AudMem.html -- Auditory Memory Mind Module.

"In the default Standard Model of Artificial General Intelligence, or AGI, the auditory memory module AudMem is called by the auditory input module to store computer keystrokes in the auditory memory channel, which is three things simultaneously -- a
transmission channel for incoming data; a storage area; and a pattern-matching mechanism for the recognition of words. These words can be in English, or German, or Russian or Latin in the free-of-charge Open-Source AI Minds created by Arthur Murray, who
is known on the Internet as Mentifex, or Mindmaker, and who served in the U.S. Army as a Nuclear Weapons Electronics Specialist. Computer programmers who study the Mentifex cognitive architecture may seek employment as an AI Mind Maintainer. Employers
should ask job applicants if they know about Mentifex artificial general intelligence."

Can we have an example that goes beyond a '80 Eliza style

Thanks for trying out the program. It requires Internet Explorer to function properly.

If you had told it first, "A HORSE IS AN ANIMAL," it might have answered better.
"PROVE YOUR UNDERSTANDING" is the introduction of "PROVE" as an unknown word. When the AI gets "derailed" by one single interaction, subsequent interactions also tend to get "derailed," because erroneous conceptual associations have been made.
Good initial questions are "who are you" or "what do you know".
Meanwhile these AI Minds are being promoted so much on TikTok and elsewhere, that we may soon see new versions of the AI in new programming languages
or even in human languages other than the current English, Russian and Latin.

chatgpt knows that a horse is an animal and infers the meaning of unknown words.
There is no difference between the examples you give compared to
20 year ago. In the meantime Agadmator chess channel plays a game
of chess against chatgpt, who ridiculously breaks the rules.
A month later the chess playing is far less ridiculous.

Thanks for trying out the program. It requires Internet Explorer to >function properly.

If you had told it first, "A HORSE IS AN ANIMAL," it might have answered better.
"PROVE YOUR UNDERSTANDING" is the introduction of "PROVE" as an unknown word.
When the AI gets "derailed" by one single interaction, subsequent interactions
also tend to get "derailed," because erroneous conceptual associations >have been made.
Good initial questions are "who are you" or "what do you know".
Meanwhile these AI Minds are being promoted so much on TikTok and elsewhere,
that we may soon see new versions of the AI in new programming languages >or even in human languages other than the current English, Russian and Latin.

    * chatgpt knows that a horse is an animal and infers the meaning of unknown words.
Yes, but does ChatGPT have a _concept_ of "horse"? Does ChatGPT truly think?

    * There is no difference between the examples you give compared to
    * 20 year ago. In the meantime Agadmator chess channel plays a game
    * of chess against chatgpt, who ridiculously breaks the rules.
    * A month later the chess playing is far less ridiculous.
    *
    * Explain the rules of tic tac toe to chatagi and find out why she
    * can play the by the rules.

A Mentifex AI Mind is not based on a "Large Language Model" (LLM).
Each AI Mind starts with a MindBoot of basic concepts and conceptualizes each new word being learned.
