    Stephen!
What the hell, I got scared.
I checked who is Gerald Wodni who organizes EuroForth 2022.
    He has wodni.at webpage.
There is written on wodni.at (I translate with Google translator): "We are currently in the process of reorganizing into a GmbH. In this step we take over Microprocessor Engineering Ltd. Our joint follow-up website can be found at VFXForth.com".
Is it true that you are selling MPE or something like that?
I hope maybe not, but if so why?

I must say I am rather surprised to see this change made public first
by Gerald Wodni - and not by MPE's Managing Director Stephen Pelc.

The change from LTD to GMBH means to me that MPE FORTH moves to the Continent and out of the UK.

From another point of view it would mean,
that the technical manpower is doubled or more?

Now there is Stephen, Barry and Barto - as shown on the current website
soon then another or more participants? https://www.mpeforth.com/software/pc-systems/

Let's see when there is an official announcement from MPE's members we know well for many years..

The change to the new website
    https://vfxforth.com/
shows to me a complete break compared to the current MPE.

And a quick translation of what is said there:

Founding of a GMBH ( German Austrian LTD)
We are currently in the process of reorganizing into a GmbH.
In this step we take over Microprocessor Engineering Ltd.
Our joint follow-up website can be found at VFXForth.com

Under the VFX brand you will find our products
for Deeply Embedded Systems, Compilers and Cross Language Interfaces.

The layout/contents there on this new website
and the pictures seem to me to show a complete change to a type of hacker site? Good Luck, and Gerald, please change the picture to a more professional one please.

    Companies House says,
that Stepen Pelc and Gerald Wodni are the two active people on the list of MPE
    https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/01540885/officers
    Actually nothing new here,
They are the two Directors and
Gerald has been appointed Director on 19 September 2018, about 4 years ago,
but it seems not really known to the public.

I wonder if this is is to regain some kind of EU connection that was
lost under Brexit. If that is the case, who knows if anything really
    changes within the company.

The change of VFX licensing to a pure subscription model took me by
surprise just now, though I guess it happened some time ago without my noticing. I hope Stephen will post an update.

Is TeamWörk written in Forth? If yes, that is impressive.
