    Dear René,
thank you for the initiative. I think, Paul want to control a bit who
enters due to security concerns. As the jitsi conference is not secured,
I suppose, he tries to only distribute the link by E-Mail.

I want to say, that I enjoy the monthly TCL meetings in German language.
That is great. We may put an information somewhere, that it happens and
    who to contact.

    Thank you,
    Harald

Could the meeting ID and passcode be published also? I have to use a
tablet and the link is to long and error-prone to enter manually.

    We'll do that in future.

The first meeting went well, thanks to all who attended.

The next meetup will be Tuesday January 14th 2022. Details (including the time and a link to join) will be posted on the wiki closer to the date. It is likely to be a more Euro-friendly time.

Yes, I am sorry, Steve, I really intended to participate at 23:00. But
after a working day starting at 6AM, I just decided to go to bed.

Nevertheless, there is no optimal time zone and 23:00 is still ok, it
could be worse, like 2am, when I am in telcos with Japan...

    Thank you,
    Harald

Since July 2021 a group of former EuroTcl participants come together for a German-speaking virtual meeting once a month.
    For futher details see: https://wiki.tcl-lang.org/page/Monatlicher+virtueller+Tcl+Stammtisch

Steve, could you please change the corresponding information in the Community News of the Wiki:
    It's a German-speaking meeting.
Link to the corresponding Wiki page, not the Jitsi room.

    Thanks,
    Paul

Tentative plan for January 11 is 2000 UTC which should make it easier for you (9pm).

Time zones are just difficult and a flat world would be easier on this
    aspect ;-)

    Thanks,
