• TclX functions under Tcl 8.6

From Mike Hall@21:1/5 to All on Tue Nov 30 04:05:49 2021
I understand that there is not a currently supported version of TclX to work with Tcl 8.6. Does anyone have a list of work arounds, "man page" or other items that would help someone port code written under TclX v8.4 to work with Tcl 8.6?

Sorry, I'm a systems administrator who's trying to support a developer.
It would seem likely that others have already had to deal with this issue.

    Thanks in advance.

    https://wiki.tcl-lang.org/page/TclX says:

FlightAware hosts a github repository for an updated TclX. The
repository describes itself as "Official home of the TclX extension
for Tcl", and is currently working on version 8.6 of TclX.

The github repo has active commits, so maybe check this one?
