COMSDK - does anybody have the latest CPU2800.DLL?

I'm actually trying to create DispatchSInks using COMSDK. Unfortunately the grafxsoft FTP server doesn't seem to exist any longer. Has anybody a recent CPU2800.DLL for me (to be used in VO28 SP4)?
