  • Why https://rubyinstaller.org/ has not yet released ruby 2.4.0?

    I see on https://www.ruby-lang.org/en/ ruby 2.4 has been released for a while but this has not yet been published on rubyinstaller.org for Windows.

    Why this take long time? No body build it or after building something must be done that take time?

    Your best bet is to interact with that site and open a bug report with the ruby development team. They may have lost their Windows person.
