Hi fam,
TL;DR: I run a tiny start up. Where can I find Haskell developers with some industrial experience?
I know it's hard to find developers for Haskel (or functional languages in general). My project is still running off my pay check (pre-revenue) so I probably can't afford a proper (i.e. developed countries) rate atm.
With the micro budget that I have, I can hire a part-time or full time remote position in other common languages, but being a functional developer myself, I really want to keep the code base pure and clean.
My theory is that there must be experienced functional developers out there in developing countries that I may be able to tap into, and get to a win-win arrangement. I just don't know where to find them.
What's your thought?
Cheers,
