looking for John Deubert's Basic Postscript Course Notes

Folks,
I am interested in postscript as a programming language.
I'd like to get a copy of the course notes from the Basic Postscript training course which John Deubert used to offer.
I'd prefer to buy them from John, but I have no response from messages I left on his Acumen Training and Acumen Tutoring web sites, and it's been two weeks.
I have Thinking In Postscript but the explanation of dictionaries and their intended / proper usage is not clear to me.
