  • Visual Studio - FileSystemWatcher issue

    Documentation claims that the FileSystemWatcher can watch a netowrk drive in Visual BASIC. I have tried setting .Path to \\server\target, and have tried mapping \\server to a local drive, say M:, then setting .Path to M:\target. In both cases, the FileSystemWatcher does not raise events. I have no problems raising and processing events on a local drive, say C:\target. I have tried Visual Studio 2012 Ultimate, and VS Express 2013. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
