It's straightforard to run a Docker image with VistA, including simulated patients. Post your question on
https://groups.google.com/g/hardhats and you will get lots of help. This group is about the MUMPS language+database (in which VistA is written), but
VistA is a big enough topic that it has its own group, which is more active than this group.
