    I am sorry to hear this. I always enjoyed my visits with him at times when I was in the vicinity of UC Davis. The M world has a permanent technical debt to him. He will be missed.

    I think he had the distinction of being the only person to be both chairman of the MUMPS Users Group and the MUMPS Development Committee. I always envied him his Gilbert-and-Sullivan prowess... and his untiring patience and capacity for hard work.
