Our project team is working on a very large project, mostly coded in Oberon. We are looking for 2 or 3 highly skilled Oberon programmers to join the project. The total project is already well over 1,000,000 source lines of Oberon, but the immediate
project under consideration for additional developers is at this time approximately 170,000 lines of Oberon and growing.

Please note that we can only consider programmers who are at analyst level, with significant experience both in Oberon and with the Win32 API. Database experience will be a definite plus. This is a Windows project; if you have preferences for other
operating systems you probably won't be a good fit.

Geographic location is not critical , as long as you have a fast reliable internet connection. However, location around the European time zone will take preference.

A good command of English is a definite requirement, but French or German as first languages will be perfectly acceptable as long as you can communicate well in English.

The project is designed and coded exclusively in modular, procedural Oberon. Absolutely no object or class code is used whatsoever. If you feel uncomfortable in this paradigm (or don't have experience in modular design and coding), you probably won't
be appropriate for this project.

Our standards are very high. Please note that there is an evaluation (trial) period for any new appointment. Quality and efficient delivery of output is very important. If you are a very talented analyst / programmer and you enjoy complex, challenging
work, you are just the person we are looking for.
