Folks here in comp.lang.prolog may have some interest in so
far as this system is written in (GNU) Prolog, C, SQL and PHP.
Don't expect any advanced programming or such: I am a bit of
a hack whose specialty is systems integration using AI tools
(or as close to shooting fish in a barrel as I can get;-)

You can think of it as a telephone book for the internet,
but technically speaking, it implements a physical (time/space)
metaphor for organizing human activity that is entirely free
of proprietary constraint(BSD Licensing).

Admittedly it is Newtonian in conceipt but discrete instances
form frames of reference that can be incorporated into a
relativistic framework, a model that allows for a variety of
systems acting upon both public and private data sets with
differing access and symbologies*.

Because we humans live and act in a physical universe this
model can be used to analyze and enhance most existing human
activities without needing to replace existing systems and
without loss of their generality.

This particular implementation by TALL Systems allows you
to create a traceable history of movements and activies,
which can be updated by you in real time with pictures,
video and other media or deleted according to your needs.

In particular, this implementation enables you to set your
location with a video's metadata.
