The 2021 Logo Summer Institute will be held July 26 – August 6, 2021. Last summer we successfully transitioned this annual workshop to an online format with a flexible schedule over a two-week period. We’re doing it again this summer, with
improvements based on last year’s experience.
We also have two Saturday morning workshops coming up over the next few weeks:
Turtle as Mathematician
Saturday, March 20, 10:00 am to noon (EDT)
A virtual hands-on exploration of Turtle Geometry led by Cynthia Solomon, Michael Tempel, Artemis Papert and Brian Silverman who will share their ideas and experiences along with a collection of engaging activities to explore yourself and with your
students.
Programming the Finch 2 Robot
Saturday, April 10, 10:00 am to noon (EDT)
A virtual hands-on workshop led by Tom Lauwers, founder and CEO of BirdBrain Technologies. You will be able to program a Finch remotely. You may also borrow a Finch to use at home on a free 60-day loan.
