Priority Queueing Simulation
A round-robin queuing scheduler allows tasks to
have equal access to the processor. The addition of
priority levels allows more important tasks to be
completed first. However this scenario could result in
lower level tasks never gaining access to the
processor. This situation is known as starvation.
