• Copernic: Scale up and scale down wikidata platform

From Amirouche Boubekki@21:1/5 to All on Mon Jun 15 03:28:32 2020
I am working toward building an easy to install, easy to use, easy to scale alternative to wikidata platform (see [0]).

The target architecture is to have a modular monolith where the database will be FoundationDB.

At the moment I am working with Chibi in the frontend and Arew [1] in the backend.

I already did a prototype using another language [2], which was helpful to
be sure that SQL + FoundationDB is not what I want (see for instance [3]).

Actually, I prototyped all-the-things, I need to put everything together,
which will take some time for sure.

There is much room for cooperation whether it is backend or frontend or _product_.

The goal is to have a demo ready next year around May 2021 to be able to take part EU Datathon competition, and then present that at Scheme Workshop
and much later at FoundationDB Summit.

Even if you are not a seasoned schemer or not even a coder, you can help,
send me an email (or reply to this thread) if you want to take part in this adventure.
