Splicing binding constructs for syntactic keywords are versions of
let-syntax and letrec-syntax that can be used in a definition
context in the same way as begin.
Here is the commit summary since the most recent draft:
- Show keywords.
- Use HTML links on HTML pages.
- Remove naming issue per Marc.
- Apply changes from Marc Nieper-Wißkirchen.
- Fix <head>.
- Fix spelling error.
- Use colons for clarity.
- Remove Issues section.
- Convert to Unicode Normalization Form C (NFC).
- Add links to sample implementation.
- Finalize.
