    "Identifier Properties,"

    has gone into FINAL status.

    Here's the abstract:

    Using the define-property definition described in this SRFI,
    expand-time properties can be associated with identifiers in a
    referentially transparent and lexically scoped way.

    Here is the commit summary since the most recent draft:

    - Add "capture-lookup" for future extensions of the protocol. Make
    lookup on unbound identifiers a signaled error.
    - Add test suite.
    - Final version
    - copy edits
    - Finalize.
