SRFI Editor here. I'm happy to announce
the creation of a fourth Scheme Topics
mailing list under the SRFI (Scheme
Requests for Implementation) umbrella:
Schemecommm. Schemecommm is for
discussing all kinds of
machine-to-machine communications in
Scheme, e.g. UDP/TCP/web sockets,
distributed hash tables, and radio, as
well as whatever else Schemers think up.
Scheme Topics mailing lists are for
discussing specific subjects that we
hope may lead to SRFIs and other
cooperative work, but which are
currently not ready for specific
proposals through the SRFI process. The
other three Scheme Topics lists are
Schemedoc, Schemepersist, and Schemeweb.
