Job Description:

Need an experienced IT Recruiter with US staffing/Bench Sales experience of 4-7 years, with excellent communication and writing skills.
Regular interaction with the bench candidates, there by identifying their needs and position them to projects accordingly.
Work with candidate on inputting the key skills in that area and candidate's comfort on those skills.
Create a skill matrix by working with the candidate.
Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry. Knowledge of technology related business development and staffing services should be able to work with vendors and generate new vendors.
Extensive IT Consulting Services experience in both staff augmentation and project sales.
Identify, assess, prioritize, qualify and close new business opportunities.

Desired Profile:
4+years' experience in US IT Recruitment.
Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis.
Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements
Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing environment
Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
Must have sales and recruiting experience.
Bachelors or Master's degree required.
No work from home option.
