  • OOrexx on UBUNTU 20.04

    The latest OOrexx 4.2.0 package for Ubuntu (ooRexx-4.2.0-1.ubuntu1310.x86_64.deb) fails to install on Ubuntu 20.04. There is a 5.0.0 beta (ooRexx-5.0.0-12066.ubuntu1604.x86_64.deb) on Sourceforge that is now running happily. So far no problems found.

    Thank you for this. Sounds like another good reason to hold off on upgrading...

    Thank you for this.  Sounds like another good reason to hold off on upgrading...

    Installed Focal Fossa under Virtualbox and ooREXX 5.0 beta. I see
    you'll have to update that first line as it no longer works properly
    under 5.0. I've updated and tested all of my scripts and so far, so good.
