I am usually programming in PHP/Linux but I want to check Windows10/IIS.
In a folder C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\test I created simple file index.htm.
Both file and folder have IIS_IUSRS assigned. In IIS I assigned port
8080 to my test app.
Please help - when I try http://localhost:8080 I receive error:
