    a) how do i change the radius of the cylinder ?
    b) how to get rid of the cylinder ?
    c) and only keep the sticker image with all lighting and positioning

you can manipulate the opacity of the cylinder (minus your label) by creating a mask for it.
Click on the normal layers and the 3D layer that the object is on
then double click on the Material layer
it will open a psb document that the material is located on
    from there..
    ctrl-click the label
create a new layer - fill the selection with white
shift-ctrl-click - fill the remainder with black
save as to create a copy of this document as - a jpg
Close the psb without saving your layers
then select the material again in the main document
there should be a panel in your workspace with the material components on it select the "opacity" folder icon
a window will pop up - navigate to where you saved your opacity map
    select the opacity map
for the top and the bottom - select those materials and put their opacity to "zero"

    to modify the cylinder
in the same panel as the material...
if that isn't present just right click anywhere on the object
    click on the coordinates
the third column is where you can modify it's size...
