i am doing some research related to the introduction of the
Jewish Star in western Europe in April 1942.
according to Goebbels' diary he himself conceived of the design

it look more like Hebrew.
would anyone happen to know anything at all about who might have
assisted Goebbels in the actual design? the star was introduced
in Germany in September 1941, after Goebbels had gotten Hitler's
go ahead on 20 August 1941. was the star designed in those few
days? who might have been the font designer?
i'ld be grateful for any suggestions.
thanks, daniel
