I just ran across your message while searching for this font myself.
I used Wyse-50 terminals extensively in the mid-1980s, and this looks a lot like the standard font on those terminals. I've never run across a modernized version.
However, I remember that one of the manuals for that terminal (maybe the programmer's manual?) had an appendix that showed the font in a large size, enough to see the individual pixels. At some point, I actually typed in the font (using asterisks &
dashes, as I recall) and saved it away -- but sadly I cannot find that file.
I did find a Wyse-60 guide here that shows a similar font, but it's smaller than I remember:

There's probably enough info there to reconstruct the font, if you (or I) really wanted to.
