From Andreas Kohlbach@21:1/5 to All on Fri Mar 6 01:14:19 2020
When I fire up VICE with "True disk emulation" disabled I get DEVICE NOT
FOUND ERROR. I disabled it in the past to speed up the loading time. For unknown reasons this does no longer work. To load from floppy I have to activate it.

For the sake of vintage experience that pain to wait might otherwise be appreciated. ;-)

You have to enable virtual devices when you disable true drive
    emulation.
    Commandline options: +truedrive -virtualdev
    Configuration fileresources: DriveTrueEmulation=0 VirtualDevices=1

I disabled it in the past
Virtual Devices used to be enabled while it is not correct to have
enabled both at the same time.

I edited the vicerc file with these parameters, but that didn't work.

    What is both?
