You missed the fact that this newsgroup is *dead*. The Wine community
abandoned this group more than 5 years ago. I believe I'm the only person
still monitoring it, and I can't answer your question.

    Thanks in advance!

It's not dead yet! :-) There are at least three of us.

You didn't answer the OP's question either, so it's still effectively dead.

    Hi,

thanks for your answer. Wine is supported now on ARM https://wiki.winehq.org/ARM

Agree it is not an emulator, then, I compiled the very Wine on ARM and managed to compile and run my Win32 program there using WineLib.

The problem I describe can be fixed by implementing the workaround I mention (global and static objects in the heap). Still I cannot fix the issue for stuff living in the stack.

If a newsgroup is considered dead if a question has gone more
than a couple of days without being answered/solved, there are a
whole lot of dead newsgroups. I didn't think I knew enough to
provide any sort of help to the OP.

Reading the original post again, I'm not sure I understand what
the OP is trying to do. Last I heard, WINE is X86-specific,
because (as the expansion of the name implies) it is not an
emulator but simply provides a different set of runtime libraries
that make the X86 userspace binary think it's running on 32-bit
X86 Doze. WINE will probably compile successfully on ARM, but
IIRC making it run is very likely to be a different matter. If
the OP knows enough about WINE to know that it can be used in the
OP's intended manner on ARM, then the OP knows much more than I
    do about WINE.
