    It's still buggy with very large images and overlays, so expect problems
    in that area, but otherwise it should work fairly well.

    I would be interested in fixes to jumpy scrolling over large images and performance improvements.

    This is an important feature, but it seems that very little people are
    using it at present.

    Configure with `--with-xinput2', and report any problems you find with
    general Emacs use (please send bug reports to bug-report-emacs@gnu.org).
