    The task order being disputed here covers data network and voice
    services to the Transportation Security Administration.

    Lumen Technologies and Verizon are challenging a $343.5 million award
    that went to AT&T for data network and voice services to the
    Transportation Security Administration.

    TSA is competing the task order through the governmentwide Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions contract vehicle.
