    WASHINGTON - This week, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC)
    directed the agency's Enforcement Bureau to investigate repeated
    network outages in northern and eastern Arizona in areas served by
    Frontier Communications Corporation, heeding the call of Congressman
    Tom O'Halleran (AZ-01). O'Halleran reached out to the agency in June,
    following reports of a catastrophic outage in Frontier Communications'
    network in northern and eastern Arizona that cut access to all communications--including to 911--for multiple days.
