    If you cannot communicate, you can not coordinate or respond to a
    disaster. Thus, communications is one of those key elements to be
    planned for.

    One partner in that planning are commercial companies that provide telecommunications services. In this podcast I interview T-Mobile and
    two members of their Emergency Response Team.
