E-commerce giant Amazon restored operations to its online stores after thousands of users reported issues while trying to access the website.
More than 38,000 users were reporting outages at the interruption's
peak late Sunday night, according to Downdetector, which monitors
outages for internet services by reviewing social media posts and
reports inputted in its own outage reporting system. Thousands of
users began reporting outages at around 10:30 p.m.
