I've been checking on the availability of BRI (Basic Rate Interface)
ISDN lines, to find where they are still available.
I as surprised when I came across a Centurylink publication which I
think allows an end-run around their tariff: they will aparently allow end-users to order a BRI from a CLEC, and have Centurylink provide it.
