    Can someone please refer me to where I can find a good document explaining how to calculate Path Allocation % as per the ITU-T M.2101?

    "The following Pass/Fail thresholds apply to a path allocation of 100%:
    * G.821 - ESR <0.08, SESR < 0.002
    * G.826 - ESR <0.04, SESR <0.002, BBER 2 X 10-4"
