GFP is desctibed in ITU-T Recommendatiuon G.7041 (free to downlaod)

Yes, GFP-F does not change anything in the Ethernet frame.
What is with the CRC (FCS bytes) information in the ethernet heather?
Will it be recalculated on the exit point?
GFP-F does not even change any bit in the Ethernet header.
