Project Overview: Acquisition integration project for HR Technology Role Scope

Deliverables: Project Control Officer (PCO)This role is responsible for assisting the Project Manager with administering and controlling all aspects of the project.

This includes the administration of the project plan, project documents, time reporting and financial controls; assist in maintaining project schedules, develop and maintain issue logs and project repositories of documents, prepare documents for various
recurring meetings including minutes, issue logs, etc., and develop presentation documentation as required for project teams and consolidate project status reports.




Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in monitoring, controlling, and administering the project progress and performance and other aspects of project management (scope, time, cost, quality and risk).

Support the Project Managers in developing and maintaining project plans and schedules for carrying out the project, and identify resource and personnel needs in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners

Provide project planning support, including scheduling, budgeting, performance monitoring, variance analysis, status reporting, and resource planning

Lead the evaluation of the project time, cost, and quality targets, applying governance controls as necessary to enable the successful delivery of the project.

# 2 - Oracle DBA - Remote



Principal Functions:

• Installation and migration of large databases on Oracle -- including installation, design, configuration, backup & recovery, performance analysis, tuning, capacity planning/forecast and security.

• Migration multi-terabyte databases to new servers

• Actively monitor the database environment to ensure optimal performance and to prevent production issues.

• Administration of ASM and Grid Infrastructure for RAC, Oracle Restart, Clusterware.

• Oracle patching experience is required.

• Setup, configuration, troubleshooting Data-Guard Physical/logical and Active Data Guard.

• Backup and recovery and migration using RMAN, datapump and export/import.

• Proactively monitor and optimize system performance using tuning, optimization, AWR, ASH, and other methods.

• Collaborate with DBAs, Developers, and Architects in troubleshooting database and application errors.

• Provide support for database/application deployments.

• Excellent verbal and written communication along with the ability to articulate technical solutions for various levels of management and technical staff.

• Ability to interface with users at all levels of the organization and good end-user support skills.





Required Skills and Experience:

Oracle DBA with 8+ years' experience in a mission critical production database environment, including:

• Oracle 11g, 12c and 19c

• Real Application Cluster (RAC), Grid Infrastructure, Oracle Clusterware. (4+ years)

• Oracle Multi-tenant architecture e.g. container and pluggable database. (2+ years)

• Strong Unix scripting skills

• Recovery Manager (RMAN) database backup, recovery and cloning.

• Dataguard Active/Passive, Physical/Logical.

• Database migrations, performance tuning, troubleshooting including SQL Tuning

• Installs, upgrades, patching including Bundle Patches, fleet patching experience.

• Oracle APEX, ORDS and JSON

• Shell scripting

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Oracle Linux

• Oracle Certification is a plus



Education: Normally requires a B.S. Degree in Computer Science w/7+ years of experience.





# 3 - Oracle Essbase Application Consultant



Oracle Essbase Application resources with the below skillsets:

1. Deep knowledge on Essbase application, business data, and data tables with at-least 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience and involved in the Architecture, Design, Development, and Implementation

2. Experience with scripts, back-end processes, Essbase web services and SQLs

3. Know the application architecture in and out

4. Ability to be productive in day one and support the “run the business” activities

option values and concurrent programs. For example, a responsibility can allow access to a restricted list of menu items that a user can navigate to Enter Journals function on an Oracle Form in the General Ledger Module. Reports in a specific application
are signed to one or more responsibilities, so the responsibility a user chooses determines the reports that can be submitted.
· Attended discovery sessions for implementation of new modules like DRP and Collaborative Planning
· Set up ASCP instances for SIT, UAT, DEV and Training environments as well customized the data flow from EBS to ASCP using standard package provided by Oracle
· Developed a PL/SQL program to automate training data creation – creates OPM batch, Purchase Orders for the Raw Materials and receives POs using Miscellaneous Receipts based on input parameters – saw a 70% reduction in workload for the data
creation team
· Developed an alert to check for new Inventory Item creation and automatically create the item in ASCP to have the Item available in ATP Inquiry/ Booking Sales Order with ATP Suggested Dates
· Developed a custom program to group multiple Inventory Items into a single Demantra item to track forecast at a group level instead of item level
· Loaded legacy sales history data into Demantra and created new worksheets in Demantra (7.3 and 12.2.9)
