Key Skills

End User Computing

O365, Windows, Outlook, Mobile and iPad / Android Apps, Basic Software installations

RDS

Physical image management, Porting of End points in HQ, Check with workstations and physical hands and feed support for EUC

Application Support

Basic application understanding, Password Reset activities, Role Assignment, Service now

Basic IT understanding
