Key Responsibilities

§ 6+ years of experience is required

§ Strong Agile Development Experience





§ Strong Business Acumen in Specialty Pharma or strong Pharmacy



§ In-Depth understanding of Process flows within Specialty Pharma

§ o Benefit Investigation



§ o Financial Assistance



§ o Prior-Authorization



§ o Nurse education





§ Must have executed project in the Specialty Pharma Business



§ Strong verbal and written communication



§ Knowledge of SFDC Service cloud is a plus



§ Good knowledge in Salesforce (SFDC)



§ Demonstrated CRM experience within one or more industries



§ Works independently to test Salesforce configuration workflows, test case development, performance and load testing, End to End testing, and functional/regression testing (coding and development skills not necessary)
