    The Seattle Municipal Court is one of the highest volume Courts of Limited Jurisdiction in the State of Washington with 12 judicial officers and over 200 staff. The court and many other city agencies rely on the Municipal Court Information System (MCIS)
    to manage data regarding misdemeanors, gross misdemeanors, infractions and civil violations.

    As a database administrator with expertise in Informix you would play a key role in the court's progress into the future by helping the court transition from a legacy system run on Informix to a more modern database platform (yet to be chosen).

    There is no more modern database platform than Informix. I think you mean more modern application platform.
